With the Opening of Bally’s PA Online Casino, the Company Continues to Grow

In 2020, Twin River, a former regional operator, paid Caesars Entertainment $25 million for the Bally’s name. Bally’s Corp. has since made investments in everything from traditional casinos to online gaming to daily fantasy sports.

Everything is oriented toward re-establishing the legendary gaming brand as a significant player. Bally’s omnichannel strategy entails the company penetrating several elements of entertainment, gaming, and sports.

Bally Online Casino launched its second location with a PA launch on Thursday. The app allows players to play real money slots, table games, and live dealer games, similar to the existing Bally NJ Online Casino. The free app is available for both Android and iOS users.

New Jersey and Pennsylvania are now two of six states that permit legal online casino gambling. Until recently, the two neighboring states, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, were among the best revenue-generating states for online casino operators.

While Expanding, Bally’s Remains Committed to its Atlantic City Roots

Bally’s Corp. is entering the internet sports betting market with Bally Bet. The online sportsbook is now accessible across several states, including New York, which has the country’s most extensive legal sports betting market. Bally Bet is also available for sports betting in Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Iowa, and Virginia.

Bally’s has dedicated special attention to its primary location in Atlantic City. Twin River paid $25 million for the casino on the corner of Boardwalk and Park Place, then spent more than $100 million to upgrade the ancient structure.

Around 1,200 hotel rooms and suites at Bally’s Atlantic City have been totally remodeled in the previous two years. The hotel lobby and the new 360-degree revolving Carousel Bar were also updated.

Bally’s has a FanDuel Sportsbook and an additional high-limit slot room on the casino floor. Last summer, The Yard, an indoor/outdoor courtyard entertainment and dining facility, debuted on the Boardwalk.

Bally’s Goal of National Dominance Continues

Bally’s Corporation is likewise developing a name for it on a national scale. The business beat numerous competitors for the license to manage a Chicago casino, which is set to debut in 2026. Chicagoland is one of the top ten gaming markets in the United States.

Bally’s owns the iconic Tropicana in Las Vegas. The business recently struck an agreement with the Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball to transfer the team to Sin City and build a new baseball stadium on the Trop property. That agreement has not yet been formalized.
