PokerStars Summer Stack Series

New Jersey online poker players can relax poolside this summer while competing in major tournaments. The PokerStars Summer Stack Series 2022 kicks off today and runs until June 27. Furthermore, the Garden State event features over 100 events.

“After seeing the achievements and interest from the poker community at our inaugural Summer Stacks festival last year, we knew we’d be bringing this one back for 2022,” said Tom Bostic, operations manager at PokerStars US. “This is a summer tournament series with a lot of value created that players can enjoy out from the comfort of their own home, with various formats and buy-ins that make for a lot of fun.”

While the 2020 Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) is rapidly approaching, another series is gearing up to take its place. The new Summer Series will take place from June 7 to 21 across PokerStars’ shared liquidity network. They will feature 166 events with buy-ins ranging from $11 to $530.

While not quite the same size or extent as its best-known Spring counterpart, which smashed assurance across the board and awarded over $185,000,000 in prize money. The brand-new Summer Series still boasts an incredible $25,000,000 guarantee across all events. It provides plenty of possibilities for players to increase their profits ahead of their summer vacation.

Main Event at PokerStars NJ

The Pokerstars Main Event begins on June 26. In New Jersey, the tournament will have a $100 buy-in and a $50,000 guarantee.

The festival’s highlights will take place on June 21, with the $55 NLHE Progressive KO Main Event Low providing a juicy $1,000,000 guarantee and the $530 NLHE Progressive KO Main Event High offering a juicy $2,000,000 guarantee. Other events with extensive guarantees include two special editions of the Sunday Million, each with a $1,500,000 guarantee.

Aside from the Main Event, PokerStars will host various events for players of all skill levels. In addition, PKOs, bounties, freezeouts, and turbos will be available.

Overview of the Pokerstars Summer Stacks

The summer stacks PokerStars series includes buy-ins in a variety of price ranges. Tournaments ranging from $5 to $300 are available to players with varying bankrolls. Among the noteworthy events are:

• Event 15, June 12: $50 NLHEhalf-price – $17,500 guaranteed
• Event 54, June 19: $100 DeepStack – $25,000 guaranteed
• Event 17, June 12: $50 PLO – $3,000 guaranteed
• Event 99, June 27: $100 NLH Summer Stack – $10,000 guaranteed

Freeroll with a Second Chance

For players who do not cash, Pokerstars is providing an NJ online poker second chance freeroll.

Anyone who does not win can participate in bonus freerolls from June 13 to June 26.

Stars Distributes Nj Scoop Trophies

The Summer Stack PokerStars Series follows the success of the NJ Spring Championship of Online Poker (NJSCOOP). In New Jersey, the schedule included extensive guarantees.
